The suit, which you can see below, basically says that everything that can be wrong with a petition is wrong with this one, including violating the single-subject rule and having a misleading description of its effect. That's why this repeal group, led by Citizen Outhouse boss Chuck Muth, known for losing almost every race he was involved in last cycle, filed an embarrassingly sloppy suit last week to try to pre-empt this one.
