FEC complaint filed against Innis as he announces for Congress

Niger Innis, the former national spokesman for the Congress of Racial Equality, officially declared for Congress today against Rep. Steven Horsford.

And a FEC complaint was filed against him by a concerned citizen, who also happened to be the plaintiff in the eminent domain looniness in North Las Vegas. I find FEC complaints filed to be timed with someone's announcement like annoying, regularly recurring rashes: They are irritating, but they must be dealt with.

Gregory Smith filed the complaint alleging irregularities by Innis' exploratory committee, essentially alleging he was a candidate long before today's formal declaration.

The complaint is below.

On another subject: Do you believe in immaculate conception?

(I'll have more on Innis' announcement later.)
