Remember during Danny Tarkanian's congressional run how that $17 million judgment became an issue. Tarkanian vowed that the judgment against himself and family members, including the legendary coach, would not be paid because they would appeal and prove they were the ones defrauded.
This week, though, in several court filings in Nevada, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has moved to collect the debt, and a court has issued orders demanding payment, garnishing the family's wages and assets and asking for a full examination of the family's finances.
All of the documents are attached here.
